Business Operations Manager I-1165374      Description    JOB DESCRIPTION    This position would be part of the Sales Operations team within Global Business     Reporting and Intelligence. The focus of this role would be: -       Design & drive the road map to institutionalize analysis and analytics -       Drive strategic initiatives & projects, starting from scoping discussions onto       running the project -       Develop new solutions & capabilities -       Data Reporting and Business Intelligence -       Individual will be responsible to drive effectiveness initiatives resulting $       benefits through increase in revenue, improved margin or enhancement       in customer/partner experience    OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES    Ability to lead projects independently    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES    - Master Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or MBA in       Operations and a Bachelor’s in an Engineering discipline from tier 1 institutes either       in India or abroad    - Strong global experience in reputed consulting organizations both in sales/business       development as well as supply chain projects delivery    - Business acumen with capability to understand industry scenarios    - Leadership capabilities to lead provide direction & incubate new capabilities    - Strong domain knowledge on all Supply Chain Management functions       (breadth on all and depth in a few) – ecommerce, Order Management, Claims Management,       Customer Experience    - Ability to handle ambiguity    - Expert knowledge and skills with various business applications       (e.g., MS Excel & pivot table, MS PowerPoint), SAS knowledge is desirable    - Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)    - Ability to lead projects independently     Qualifications    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS    EDUCATIONAL ·Master Degree in Operations Research or MBA  with 5 years of experience or a   Bachelor’s degree with 10 to 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Supply    Chain or 3 years in analytics domain mandatory    PROFESSIONAL    Strong global experience in reputed Customer research or consultancy along with     proven ability as a people manager    Job     - Supply Chain and Operations    Primary Location     - India-Tamil Nadu-Chennai    Schedule    - Full-time   Job Type    - Experienced   Shift    - Day Job   Travel    - No                 Reference: https://hp.taleo.net/careersection/2/jobdetail.ftl?job=2781702&src=JB-12042
