JE (Civil), Gr.-II: Full Time 3 years’ Diploma in Civil with minimum marks as detailed in “g(b)” or equivalent )from recognized Institute/ college duly recognized by State Government/ Central Government. OR  Full Time 4 years’ B.E./ B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ Construction Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute approved by AICTE with minimum 50% marks (or equivalent) for all categories as explained in g(b).

Probation Period: The probation period shall be 2 years from the date of appointment. If during probation period, the performance is not found satisfactory, probation shall be extended by one year. Even if during extended period of probation the performance is not satisfactory, the services shall be terminated.

BC Co-ordinator

    Eligibility : Ex- Bankers, who have completed 10 years of banking experience, having satisfactory track record and good health

    Remuneration : Rs.10000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month

    Conveyance : Rs. 2000/- per month fixed

    Duties

    i) To monitor overall functioning of BC

    ii) To co-ordinate the BC, base branch and TCS to ensure successful implementation of the Financial Inclusion Planiii) To ensure the terms and condition of the agreement executed by the bank and the BC are complied with

    Contract Period : Candidate shall be appointed on contract basis for a period of 6 months with monthly review. Renewal will be at Bank’s sole discretion in terms of extent policies and rules.
